Diamond Jubilee Barbie dolls
Wow! It's been over a year since my last blog post.
I just want to share some of my latest additions to my collection. This year, my husband and I actually attended the National Barbie Doll Collectors Convention in Kansas City, MO. At this year's convention, we got these lovely silkstone dolls by Robert Best (shown above). We also got a gorgeous vintage style doll by Bill Greening called 60th Sparkles Barbie doll.

I also won a lovely one-of-a-kind doll by Salvador Arriaga in the silent auction. I changed her spunky outfit (if I recall correctly, it was short shorts, a bikini top, and faux fur coat) into this glamorous golden gown:

While at convention, we also did some room shopping, and I bought some nice things from my favorite Barbie outfitters, Bellissima Couture, Martini House, and Paintbox Designs.
